Ignoramos la necesidad primordial de saber quiénes somos, desde antes de nuestra concepción y hasta después de nuestra transición del mundo material, pasando por la herencia genética, religiosa, cultural y social, sin analizar ni comprender nuestros pensamientos, miedos, sentimientos, emociones y los estados de ánimo que nos provocan, al igual que el ego y su gran influencia, sin entender cómo, a través de la meditación y la oración, con la visión del corazón, podemos lograr la paz interior, conocer la verdad y alcanzar la libertad, conectándonos espiritualmente para, así, trascender.

Esta es la invitación que José Besil nos hace en esta obra: despertar y tomar conciencia de nuestra vida, la que era antes, la que es ahora y la que será por siempre. No hay regalo más valioso que desarrollar la conciencia, pues significa descubrir la presencia de Dios en nosotros.

Despertar conciencia de vida es una herramienta valiosa, práctica y útil; además, su contenido y profundidad nos concientizarán acerca de lo más importante que poseemos: nuestra vida y nuestra esencia, para lograr conocer la verdad que nos hará libres.

José Besil. Nació en la Ciudad de México. Es el segundo de seis hermanos y contador público de profesión. A los 27 años, debido a un accidente de auto, vive el dolor de la pérdida de su hermano y la gravedad en la que quedan sus padres. Entonces cuestiona los motivos de la existencia en este plano. Después de transitar el desierto del duelo, inicia una serie de investigaciones, análisis, meditaciones y oración que lo llevan a descubrir la luz, la paz interior y la claridad de la vida. Así, encuentra el equilibrio entre la materia y el espíritu, lo que genera armonía en todo su ser. A partir de esa conciencia, su experiencia de vida se vuelve armoniosa y asertiva, además de descubrir el mundo de las sensaciones a través de la conexión espiritual, la cual desarrolla al permitir que su vida fluya libremente, convirtiendo su mente en un instrumento del corazón. Actualmente sigue desarrollando su profesión, viviéndola con la visión espiritual por la que está aquí en este plano.

Jose Besil. He was born in Mexico City. He is the second of six brothers and accountant by profession. At 27 years old, due to a car accident, he experienced the pain of his brother’s loss and the serious condition in which his parents remain. Then he questions the motives of existence on this plane. After crossing the desert of mourning, he begins a series of research, analysis, meditation, and prayer that lead him to discover the light, the inner peace and the clarity of life. Thus, he finds the balance between matter and spirit, which generates harmony in his whole being. From that consciousness, his life experience becomes harmonious and assertive, as well as discovering the world of sensations through the spiritual connection, which he develops by allowing his life to flow freely, turning his mind into an instrument of the heart. At the moment, he continues developing his profession, living it with the spiritual vision for which he is here in this plane.
